The cost of your divorce "on consent" with Irish Divorce Services is €500.00 excluding VAT. However, there are some supplimentary charges which may apply to you, depending on your circumstances. Below is a complete breakdown of the cost of the services which may or may not be applicable to you.

14 Day Warning Notice - €50.00

A 14 Day Warning Notice will be required if your spouse choses to ignore the requirements of the Civil Bill which was served upon him/her.

Ex-Parte Application - €100.00

An Ex-Parte docket will be required if the Respondent's whereabouts is not known - an application must be made to the Court to serve the papers on a known associate. Similarly, if the Respondent lives outside the EU, an application must be made to the Court to serve the papers on him/her. These applications are made by means of the Ex-parte docket.

Pension Adjustment Order - €200.00

A Pension Adjustment Order may be required if you have pension. A Pension Adjustment Order requires the Trustees of a Pension Scheme to make the other spouse a zero beneficiary or pay a proportion of the Pension Benefits to the other spouse for the benefit of a dependant member of the family.

Please Note: a €400.00 deposit is required upon the initial signing of your papers. The complete balance will be due before your final Court Date is obtained.
